Very nice, seen that one before.
You should try my project. Unfortunately I have had to put it on hold untill I finish uni due to the cost involved... but basically the idea is:
Take a rascal van... Stick a Hyabusa engine in...Stick it on a straight road...
see how close to 200MPH it gets
Instead, I'm now just concentrating on getting the most from the standard engine. So hopefully before the year is out I will have a nice air-filter, exhaust and digital ignition |

there`s a company somewhere on the net who converts them engines to the worlds smallest v8 now that would be nice, but unless my pension pays out on saturday night its just a dream. |

It is finnish, Paul. But if you hover over the box above the picture of the suzi supercarry the one marked kurvagalleria, then on carryprojecti you`ll see what jarno has done to a modest supercarry . Havent a clue what he`s saying but a picture says a 1000 words. |

| Looking through the pics he has redone the exhaust made it "balanced" so all the initial exhaust length is the same which in laymans turns get the gases flowing quicker because it is there is no other exhaust gases getting in the way, which equals more power! Looks like he has redone the inlet manifold to allow fuel injection which helps the turbo he has put in. Also looks like a digital ignition setup that can be programmed for the injectors and the turbo. Not only that the madman has put nitrous oxide on as well. Cut down pistons to reduce weight so the motor will rev quicker and looks like a longer duration and high lift cam. Again laymans terms high lift cams alow more fuel to be drawn in for the bang which improves power. Loved what he has done with the interior. WE ARE NOT WORTHY. Hmmmmmmm no he has made one set of exhaust headers he can make more........wonder how much as they would help improve the performance of a standard rascal on their own, possibly by 10-15% at a guess which you would notice! Time to copy and paste into google translate I think |
