hi mate
regarding you question about your settings on the other site
i'd get the sub set at 80
and the 6X9s set at 120
put on your loudest bassiest track, and headunit bass on full,
then, one amp at a time (with the other amp turned down/off)
turn the gain up till it distorts, then back a touch.
this way you will get the maximum from your system
without damage.
let me know how it goes |

to get more bass, sound-deaden everything.
the movement in the panels is wasted air wave pressure.
the energy is spent moving metal,
rather than pressing on your eardrums.
fix the box solidly
and reinforce everything.
some people fibre-glass mdf in strips across the underside
of the roof, and across side panels to stop movement
a good cheap effective method which i'll be using soon.
love it |

Thanks gsx, I have it set quite well at the moment.
One or two of the guys from that site have offered to meet me and set the system fully using a scope, which I will do once I get some time and spare change |
